Meet Reverend Carin

Reverend Carin M. Bonifacino spent the first half of her life working with plants. She was employed at various times as a gardener and a landscaper, as a plant propagator and a forest restoration summer camp leader, and finally, as a cut flower grower. Carin also founded and ran her community’s Saturday morning outdoor farmer’s market and managed it for 12 years.

However, as a result of her father’s death in 2001, and her husband’s death in 2014, Carin found herself drawn to companioning and walking beside others who are going through these difficult, but also, sacred experiences. She is committed to helping people have the most meaningful experience as possible in terms of their own death or that of someone they love. It is her deep honor to be of service to you and your family.

Carin lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, just a few miles from Hockessin, Delaware. She lives with her partner, Patrick, and her two college age children.
